Re: Solar Stocks are hot
How to make about 3 million, be a CEO of a hot company like First Solar,
I figured if I had bought $10,000 of it in Jan 2007 at $10 each I could have made 2 mil. Maybe I'll luck out on another low green stock going golden.
Nanosolar could do that but they are a private company with no public stock. Oh well the rich get richer and richer and I work for a living .
NEW YORK (AP) - The chief financial officer of solar cell maker First Solar Inc. exercised options for 15,625 shares of common stock under a prearranged trading plan, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Tuesday, Jens Meyerhoff reported he exercised the options on Monday and Tuesday for $20 apiece and then sold all the shares the same days for $186.90 to $190.84 apiece.
